Bussiness Brief

This is a 3-5 working day process where our Sales Executive and Product Manager/ Account Manager would visit your location to analyse the business model of the organization, technologies being adapted, current customers, marketing channels being utilised, sales process etc. to build a business brief which is submitted to the planning team for processing.

Planning

Planning team works with the business brief to understand the vision of the organization, nature of the business, visualizing the requirements of stakeholders to achieve their vision and the value addition that HISY can bring to the business considering all the existing technologies adapted. To put up a comprehensive Product Development Plan that fits into the customers business along with budgets and deliverable objectives, ETA etc. Generally the plan would be ready within 2-4 working days.

Content

We embrace the most advanced product development methodology to deliver the best is class work quickly and efficiently. In agile methodology a POC from customer end is involved in every step of the development cycle. Once we finalise on the tone and strategy that fits for the customer we release a copy to the POC upon the approval we move forward with designing. Typical timeline of a content creation will be anywhere between 4-5 working days.

Design

We consider designing a crucial aspect of the overall product development process, since we understand how this can impact user interaction and experience of the product. We use a sophisticated design language that helps the users to flow easily towards the conversion goal. Our designers are quick yet capable of creating impactful designs within a week or two.

Development

Development is the process of giving life to the jaw dropping designs created by our designers. HISY adapts the most advanced technologies which not only helps us to develop the product efficiently but also adds in features that your competitors have not even given a thought about. Development is a tedious process which would take nearly a month depending on the business.

Testing

We don’t test the products that we build. Yes, you read it right, we don’t really manually test the products which we build but still provide an error free products. First thing is we use pair programming which ensures error free products while we develop them. Additionally, automated testing is a smarter and efficient way to deliver high quality products as it ensures effective performance through frequent reassessment and build loyalty. A robust and flawless application builds a strong user and brand relationship.

Launch

The first version of your product is now ready to launch. We do not really launch a product with all the features at a time. Launching the product at once can really help us proceed with other clients but that is something everyone else does and we are unlike anyone else. Once we are associated, your business is not anything less than ours. We monitor, review and reiterate any other features or designs based on the user experience and user behaviour. We nurture your product for about 2-3 weeks until we reach a saturation point where you’d never have to worry about the product and technology in the near future.

Maintenance

Technology has always been volatile beyond our imagination. As you’re reading our website there is someone in some corner of the world trying to come up with a much cooler feature or simpler technology which can be utilised for your product. We ensure to know anything and everything about upcoming new releases and versions of the technology and ensure to adapt it to every customer we work with. We do not have a fixed yearly/ monthly plan for maintenance, rather we only charge for the work we do and only if there is a necessity of the update.
